Offered for sale is a large wooden hand-turned finial in weathered white paint. A nice architectural piece, it was found in Conway, New Hampshire and is believed to be one of the finials that topped either side of the gate and fence surrounding the New England Inn property in Conway, New Hampshire. The original portion of the Inn was a private home built Ca. 1830’s and was added to over the decades. The main Inn and several cottages still stand today.
The finial is in good condition given its age and weather conditions. It measures approx. 17” high by 8” across.
