Offered for sale is a newly framed original map of the Second Lighthouse District showing all the light stations along the Cape & Islands and Massachusetts coastline also from southern New Hampshire and including the eastern part of Rhode Island.

Offered for sale is a newly framed original map of the Second Lighthouse District showing all the light stations along the Cape & Islands and Massachusetts coastline also from southern New Hampshire and including the eastern part of Rhode Island.
The entire piece including frame is 22 1/2” high by 18 3/4” wide. Insert of Massachusetts Bay in upper right shows islands and lighthouses. The legend notes indicate location of lights, fog signal, light and fog signal, lighted buoy, fixed lights, red and white, etc. The map was originally folded. The fold lines are barely visible. The condition of the map is very excellent. Great new frame has the look of Bird’s-Eye-Maple.
