Additional Information:  This specific mould was lent by chocolatier Salvatore Mancuso, shop owner in Buffalo, NY, to Tormic (professional plastic mould makers) in the early 1960’s to use as a master die.  The small holes that are visible were drilled along the edge of the mould close to the flange.  The mould was placed on a warming table in a vacuum with a plastic sheet laid over it.  The vacuum forces the plastic over the mould.  When the vacuum is turned off, air blows the plastic mould off.
