A pair of 1930s cast metal bookends featuring a boy holding a sailboat looking down at a small dog. They were made by Frankart, a company well known for its metalwork designs of the Art Deco period, and measure 5 1/2″ long, 3 1/2″ deep and 6 3/4″ high. They’re in good condition, with wear commensurate with age and use.
